Rocco's Jell-O shot competition bar posts hype video before College World Series

The Men’s College World Series has arrived once again. Eight programs and fanbases from across the country are headed to Omaha, Neb., for a week and a half long double-elimination tournament to crown the NCAA Baseball National Champion.
Other than the baseball being played at Charles Schwab Field, the Rocco’s Jell-O shot competition has emerged as one of the great traditions in all of college sports. Rocco’s Pizza & Cantina posted their annual hype video Thursday morning ahead of the opening game on Friday.
Since 2019, fanbases from the eight teams have competed to win the “College World Series Jell-O Shot Challenge.” Jell-O shots are $5 apiece, with $1 from every shot going to the school’s local food bank. Rocco’s also donates another 50 cents of each shot to Omaha charities.
Over the five years of the challenge (2020 was canceled), five different SEC teams have won the challenge. Arkansas (2019) is the lone fanbase to win the challenge but fail to win the National Championship.
College World Series Jell-O shot challenge winners
2019: Arkansas (864)
2020: Canceled

2022: Ole Miss (18,777)
