4-star Harris twins Aiden and Andrew lock in with South Carolina
Matthews (NC) Weddington blue-chip twin brothers Aiden Harris and Andrew Harris have locked in with South Carolina, committing to head coach Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks during their official visit to Columbia this weekend.
They become pledges No. 6 and No. 7 for South Carolina in the 2026 cycle choosing the Gamecocks over Auburn, Ohio State and others.
“It was one of the first schools to take notice of me and my brother,” Aiden said before going into what stood out about South Carolina.

The On3 Industry tabs Aiden as the nation’s No. 3 defensive lineman and No. 55 prospect overall. Harris is the No. 33 edge and No. 296 prospect in the land. He is a linebacker target for Beamer and the Gamecocks.
“They have one of the greatest coaches to put us in good spots to make it to the league,” Aiden said.
As a junior Aiden had 82 tackles including 31 stops for loss, 13.5 sacks and 46 quarterback hurries.
Andrew had 81 tackles with 25 coming behind the line of scimmage and seven sacks. He had 36 hurries.
