Taylor Lewan, Will Compton reveal 'Bussin' Bowl' bet conditions for Nebraska vs. Michigan game

For Bussin’ With The Boys co-hosts Taylor Lewan and Will Compton, the Michigan–Nebraska showdown is more than just another game. On Thursday, Lewan, a Michigan alum, and Compton, a Nebraska alum, revealed they have serious stakes riding on the outcome of the Big Ten matchup.
“I left the floor wide open for Will Compton when it came to putting up this bet,” Lewan said during an appearance on Get Up. “What we’ve landed on is this: The loser has to shave their entire head and their face, that includes my mustache. No eyebrows… The loser has to concede to the 1997 National Championship. And the last thing is, Bussin’ With The Boys will donate $50,000 to the NIL collective of the winner.”
No. 21 Michigan is a 2.5-point favorite over Nebraska, according to BetMGM. The Wolverines are 2-1 this season. Their sole loss was a 24-13 defeat against Oklahoma in Week 2.
Meanwhile, Nebraska is 3-0, but hasn’t faced an opponent nearly as talented as Michigan this season. Nebraska’s most difficult game of the season thus far was in Week 1 against Cincinnati. The Cornhuskers secured a 20-17 win.
All eyes will be on the two teams’ quarterbacks in the showdown on Saturday. Michigan’s offense is led by freshman standout Bryce Underwood.
The former five-star prospect was spectacular in Michigan’s blowout win over Central Michigan last weekend. In the victory, Underwood completed 16-of-his-25 pass attempts for 235 yards and a touchdown. He also amassed a team-high 114 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
On the other hand, Nebraska sophomore QB Dylan Raiola is off to an even better start this season. He boasts 829 passing yards and eight touchdowns in the 2025 campaign, without a single interception.
Michigan is also at a disadvantage because it will be without head coach Sherrone Moore, who is serving a two-game suspension for his involvement in Michigan’s sign-stealing scandal in 2023. For the second consecutive game, Biff Poggi will serve as the Wolverines’ interim head coach.
