Texas A&M Football Recruiting: Aggies have Top-10 class in 2026 cycle

No team has a better blue-chip percentage than Texas A&M heading into the heart of official visit season.
As of May 20, the Aggies have 11 commits in their 2026 recruiting class, all of whom are blue-chippers. The class ranks No. 7 in the nation, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
Head coach Mike Elko and the A&M staff acquired some serious momentum last season. Of the 11 commits in the class, six pledged from last October through December. That includes an elite Peach State duo.
Douglas County (Ga.) four-star EDGE Jordan Carter and four-star wide receiver Aaron Gregory each committed on Oct. 27. Gregory is the top-ranked commit in the class, checking in as the No. 72 recruit and No. 8 receiver in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Gregory is one of three receivers in the class to date. He’s also one of three top-100 prospects in the mix, alongside San Antonio Steele four-star running back Jonathan Hatton Jr. and Toledo (Ohio) Central Catholic four-star cornerback Victor Singleton. The Aggies flipped Singleton from Illinois in April.
A&M continues to recruit California well and that’s represented by three Golden State pledges thus far: Bellflower St. John Bosco four-star WR Madden Williams, Carson Leuzinger four-star EDGE Samu Moala and Torrance Bishop Montgomery four-star tight end Caleb Tafua.

California is one of six states represented in the class, which also ranks No. 3 in the SEC, behind just LSU and Georgia.
A blue-chip quarterback is also present in Provo (Utah) Corner Canyon four-star Helaman Casuga. The Beehive State star, who also announced his commitment back in October, is now the No. 15 signal-caller in the cycle.
