According to BG Falcon Media, three Bowling Green players were arrested on Sunday morning. All three — Brennan Ridley, Caleb Goodloe, and Leone Kemp — have been charged with misdemeanor assault. The incident took place at 2 a.m. at the bar Ziggy’s.

“Ridley and Goodloe allegedly assaulted a bouncer at the bar, with video footage showing the two players pushing and striking the victim multiple times, according to a Bowling Green Police Department incident report obtained by BG Falcon Media,” BG Falcon Media said in their report. “When another victim was attempting to break up the fight, Kemp allegedly placed the person in a chokehold, with video footage confirming the actions, according to the police report.”

Per the report, Kemp and Ridley both posted bond out of Wood County Jail for $1,250. BG Falcon Media says, at the time of their report, Goodloe is still lodged.

Of the three, Ridley is the only one who has put up any kind of numbers for Bowling Green this season. Nine games have resulted in three receptions for 23 yards. However, most of Ridley’s impact comes in the form of punt return. A total of 72 yards have come on 14 attempts.

Kemp does have one carry to his name, coming against Cincinnati during the nonconference portion of the schedule. Bowling Green added Kemp to the roster this offseason through the NCAA transfer portal. This is his third team in as many years, previously playing for San Diego State and UCLA.
