Throughout the college football season, On3 is breaking down the top 10 transfer portal impact players based on weekly performances. Here are the most impactful transfer portal players from Week 10:
1. Oklahoma K Tate Sandell
Oklahoma kicker and UTSA transfer Tate Sandell converted all four of his field goal attempts. He hit field goals of 55, 51, 40 and 55 yards. The 55-yarders tied his career long and tied for the longest makes in Neyland Stadium history. He tied an FBS single-game record with his three field goals of at least 50 yards. Sandell is one of only two kickers in Oklahoma history with three 50-plus-yard field goals in a single game. Sandell also became the first kicker nationally since the 2021 season with three field goals of at least 50 yards in a game.
2. Duke QB Darian Mensah
Duke pulled off its first win at Clemson since 1980 with a 46-45 victory Saturday. Tulane transfer quarterback Darian Mensah finished with 361 yards passing and a career-best four touchdown passes. He was 27 of 41 in the win, and led a comeback as the Blue Devils trailed 45-38 in the fourth quarter, leading a game-winning drive that started on their 6-yard line.
3. Virginia QB Chandler Morris
Chandler Morris and the Cavaliers continue to find ways to win, stretching their winning streak to seven games with a win over Cal. Morris was 24 of 36 for 262 passing yards in the win, which saw Virginia get to 8-1 on the season for the first time since 1990. Morris’ passing game opened up the ground game for the Cavaliers, with running back J’Mari Taylor rushing for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
4. Ole Miss RB Kewan Lacy
On a day when the Ole Miss offense struggled at times, Missouri transfer running back Kewan Lacy scored on a 54-yard run and finished the game with 167 and averaged seven yards per carry. He’s rushed for 863 yards this season and has an SEC-high 13 touchdown runs.
5. Utah RB Wayshawn Parker
Washington State transfer Wayshawn Parker rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown, as Utah racked up 480 total yards – including 267 rushing yards – in a blowout win over Cincinnati. Parker notched his second consecutive 100-yard game after totaling a career-high 145 rushing yards against Colorado last week. Parker leads Utah with 607 rushing yards with three games remaining on the schedule.
6. NC State LB Kenny Soares
Northwestern transfer linebacker Kenny Soares put together his best game of the season for NC State. With the Wolfpack offense doing their job to knock off unbeaten Georgia Tech, Soares posted 14 tackles, including a tackle for loss. He now ranks second on the NC State roster in tackles.

7. Georgia WR Zachariah Branch
USC transfer Zachariah Branch put together his best game of the season against Florida over the weekend, posting 10 catches for 112 yards. The career-high night included a quick pass from Gunner Stockton to Branch that led to a 42-yard pickup.
8. Mississippi State WR Anthony Evans
Former Georgia wide receiver Anthony Evans is starting to show off his talent at Mississippi State. Evans posted five catches for 111 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winning score on a 4th-and-4 pass with less than a minute to play.
9. Kentucky LB Sam Greene
Former USC transfer Sam Greene came up big for Kentucky on Saturday night at Auburn in the 10-3 win. Greene posted seven tackles, two tackles for loss, a sack and a pass deflection in the win. That included sacking Auburn quarterback Ashton Daniels on the final drive of the game.
10. Florida State WR Duce Robinson
After an embarrassing loss at Stanford, Florida State rebounded with a 42-7 blowout win over Wake Forest over the weekend. USC transfer wide receiver Duce Robinson finished with five catches for 148 yards in the win. The highest-graded ACC receiver in Week 10, he finished with a touchdown and a 65-yard catch that included multiple broken tackles.
