Tory Horton injury update: Pete Thamel reveals Colorado State WR's status vs. Colorado

Colorado State wide receiver Tory Horton is a game-time decision against Colorado, according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
“Sources: Colorado State star WR Tory Horton is a game-time decision against Colorado,” Thamel wrote on Twitter. “He returned to practice on Friday and is expected to attempt to play. He caught 16 passes for 133 yards and also threw for a touchdown pass against Colorado last year.”
Despite losing to the Buffs 43-35 in overtime last season, Rams quarterback Brayden Fowler and wide receiver Horton let their thoughts known ahead of Saturday’s rivalry game.
“We owe them one,” Horton said. “And that’s something that’s been sitting on everybody’s mind since we came back from break. We owe them one and we walked away from that game as we kind of left it all in the field. I don’t feel like we left it all on the field, because we should have murdered them guys and. They came out with that attitude as they were on top of the world, and this ain’t no Cinderella story. We’re coming for revenge.”

Horton feels as though his intentions at Colorado State are more pure than those over at Colorado.
“We all came here to play football,” Horton said. “So at the end of the day, to the millons of followers and fans that they done produced and got celebrities that done jump on their side because of who Deion Sanders is. At the end of the day, Deon Sanders ain’t playing. It’s those players playing, so those players put it back up and what they speak about.”
