Women's basketball watchlist: 11/19 edition

It’s a solid Wednesday of women’s hoops. Here’s my daily watchlist.

BE SEATED AT ALL COSTS

These are the games you’re going to want to skip work for – the ones that will tell us a whole lot about the best of the best.

7:30pm: Minnesota at Kansas (ESPN+)

This should be a really fun matchup of ‘new’ vs. ‘old’ as Minnesota returns nearly their whole core and Kansas is full of talented newcomers.

THIS COULD BE COMPETITIVE/FUN

These matchups are more than just your run-of-the-mill easy blowouts. While some of them have the potential to be, these games are an opportunity to see good teams test themselves early.

2pm: Santa Clara at San Diego State

6pm: Harvard at Boston College (ACC Extra)

6:30pm: Kent State at Ohio State (Big Ten+)

7pm: Rice at Princeton (ESPN+)

7pm: Butler at Indiana (Big Ten+)

7pm: Vermont at High Point (ESPN+)

8pm: James Madison at Texas (SECN+)

A DECENT LOOK AND/OR AT OPTIMAL TIMES

These games will either be a solid look at a team or they just fall at optimal times. If you’re in need of basketball to watch all day (like me), these are games to add to your list. 

11am: Indiana State at SIUE (ESPN+)

12pm: Abilene Christian at North Texas (ESPN+)

4pm: Bryant at Merrimack (ESPN+)

6pm: Coastal Carolina at NC State (ACCN)

6pm: Drexel at Lehigh (ESPN+)

7pm: Oklahoma State at St. John’s (ESPN+)

7pm: FGCU at George Mason (ESPN+)

7pm: Marquette at Milwaukee (ESPN+)

7pm: Oregon at Washington State (ESPN+)

9pm: Fresno State at Washington (Big Ten+)

9pm: BYU at Montana (ESPN+)
