Prosper (Texas) four-star offensive lineman Zaden Krempin has acquired more than 40 Power Four offers throughout his recruiting process. He’s now down to a final four.

The 6-foot-5, 275-pounder told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Friday afternoon that LSU, Michigan, Texas and Texas A&M are his top schools.

Krempin is the No. 222 overall prospect in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. Currently ranked as an interior O-lineman, he checks in at No. 18 at the position and is also the No. 31 player in Texas.

Each of the final four programs have already locked in an official visit with the blue-chipper. He’ll begin a busy four-week stretch on May 30 at LSU, then hit Texas A&M (June 6), Texas (June 13) and Michigan (June 20) to round things out.

The blue-chipper plays for one of the top high school football programs in Texas. In 2024, Prosper won eight games and finished as the No. 25 team in the state, according to the On3 Composite Rankings.

Krempin breaks down his four finalists

Krempin updated his recruitment with On3’s Griffin McVeigh earlier this month. Ahead of four crucial officials, he talked about what’s piqued his interest with each of his final programs:

Texas: “Coach Flood,” Krempin said on what stands out about Texas. “And then Jake Majors being there. Watching him come from Prosper, I was in eighth grade when he was graduating. It’s cool watching that process. But just close to home. Daniel Cruz, a lot of those guys I just met at Texas and feel like I fit in there. Just cool dudes and feel like I can truly be developed there by Coach Flood.”

A&M: “They’re more of the core values, what they stand on, how they do business every day. Open doors for ladies and just being really respectful. That’s how I was raised. They’re very interested in me and also close to home.”

LSU: “Very gritty, gritty place,” Krempin said. “You’ve got to be a dog to play there. But when you see with Emery (Jones)Will (Campbell), a lot of those dudes. Brad Davis, he can develop guys, and I like Coach (Brian) Kelly.”

Michigan: “When I was offered last spring, just got really connected with Coach Newsome,” Krempin said. “He’s a cool guy to be around but also they develop guys. It’s cool that the head coach used to play next to Trent Williams at OU and was an o-line coach. So, he understands that life and respects it.”
