Campus Ink and INFLCR’s Global Exchange have reached a new partnership. The goal is to provide a NIL jersey solution to both student-athletes and schools around the United States.

Campus Ink has a private label jersey line, which works to provide schools with custom jerseys. These jerseys can then be sold online or in a brick-and-mortar location. This new partnership will make it so the NIL Store — an online storefront that also has campus locations — can utilize INFLCR’s Global Exchange to access over 64,000 different student-athletes. They will also work to educate them on apparel opportunities. Among the schools already partnered with Campus Ink is Illinois.

The NIL Store was created by Campus Ink when NIL became legalized. The goal was to give student-athletes the opportunity to sell university-licensed apparel and profit from it. Jerseys, of course, are consistently sold in places like campus stores and online already. Now, through NIL, players can profit from these, too. The NIL Store is partnered with a dozen schools. They work with student-athletes directly to create apparel and sell it.

INFLCR was founded with a similar goal to give every student-athlete would have access to NIL. That includes athletes in non-revenue sports. Their work relates more to brand building and they have a NIL business management app. The NIL store and Global Exchange will work together to streamline this entire process for student-athletes.

“The NIL Store embodies the best of what new opportunities are available for schools and student-athletes,” said Steven Farag, co-founder of Campus Ink. “It is a way for student-athletes in any sport to monetize their NIL while simultaneously elevating the university brand through co-licensed jerseys and apparel. This is exciting for everyone involved, including fans as it boosts the entire collegiate athletics experience.”

Mark Cuban’s relationship with Campus Ink

Mark Cuban, known as the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, Shark Tank investor and entrepreneur, has a relationship with Campus Ink. Based on a successful launch at an unnamed Big Ten school, he decided to become one of Campus Ink’s investors.

Cuban has said that his goal with Campus Ink is to make it so that student-athletes who may not otherwise have access to NIL deals will be able to get deals.

“While the best names in college sports will get taken care of by endorsements and high profile contracts, there are thousands of other student-athletes that need help,” he said.
