Brittany Mahomes roasts husband Patrick over offseason diet
Brittany Mahomes is taking shots at her husband, Patrick Mahomes for having an interesting diet during the offseason. On Monday night, Brittany went to her Instagram Story to show the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback eating a miniature ice cream cone. But Patrick seems to love the mini ice cream cones more than most.
“Anyone else eat 10 of these a night… Cause he does,” Brittany wrote in the post.
Patrick, who has won three Super Bowls and two NFL MVPs, has joked about his physique in the past. “I have a six-pack, it’s just under the dad bod,” he told reporters before the Super Bowl earlier this year, per Sports Illustrated. “If you feel—there might be some skin there, but then underneath that, the six-pack is there. You just gotta get real close and squint a little bit. I think you’ll see it.”
Patrick Mahomes might enjoy his offseason “diet,” but he puts in work at the gym to stay on top of his game. This was shown on the Netflix series Quarterback last year, and his personal trainer, Bobby Stroupe, talked about Mahomes’ workout routine.
“‘A’ day is focused on rejuvenation renewing the tissue. This involves a lot of manipulating the body in space, checking to see if everything works the way it should, get to zero, get the base,” Stroupe said, per Marca. “‘B’ day is focused on movement literacy and power development. So that Wednesday I want him moving in the way he needs to move on Sunday.

“‘C’ day is full speed. I want him to have movements that are faster than any movement he’d do in the game. Because then the game is gonna feel very slow. It’s gonna feel very comfortable.”
Is Patrick Mahomes becoming the villain?
With three Super Bowl victories to his name, Mahomes is on top of the NFL world and shows no signs of slowing down. But could he be the most hated player heading into the 2024 season? Before the Super Bowl in February, the 28-year-old spoke to Nate Burleson of CBS Sports about becoming a villain.
“You turn into that villain. You turn into that team that everybody doesn’t want to win,” Mahomes told Burleson, per USA Today. “You have to embrace that in order to be great. And I think you’ve seen the greats do that in every sport, whenever they start building dynasties and stuff like that. And we want to do that, and we want to stamp that with a Super Bowl win.”
