ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. ranked his top 10 wide receivers in the 2024 NFL Draft and there are some familiar names at the top.

While yes, the top receivers are the coveted prizes in this year’s draft, don’t forget about some others. Heck, the guys listed No. 6 through 10 could be high picks in other years.

Let’s dive into Kiper’s top 10 wide receivers for the 2024 NFL Draft class.

1. Marvin Harrison Jr. Ohio State

Harrison Jr.’s been the top wide receiver all year and nothing changed from Kiper. Overall, he has the best skill set per NFL scouts.

He finished the season with 67 catches, 1,211 yards, 14 touchdowns and 18.1 yards per catch. Overall, he had 31 touchdowns, over 2,600 yards and reeled in 155 catches. Draft him.

2. Rome OdunzeWashington

Odunze saved his best for last while at Washington, helping the Huskies get to the College Football Playoff National Championship. He can run the full route tree and has blazing speed.

This past season, Odunze had 92 catches for 1,640 yards, 13 touchdowns and 17.8 yards per catch. Overall, Odunze had 214 catches, 3,272 yards, 24 touchdowns and 15.3 yards per catch.

3. Malik NabersLSU

Nabers played alongside Brian Thomas Jr. (more on him later) and was a part of one of the best offenses in the country. He was a big reason why.

In 2023, Nabers had 89 catches, 1,569 yards, 14 touchdowns and 17.6 yards per catch. It was his best season despite having 72 catches in 2022. That year he only had three scores so he was living in the end zone this past fall.

4. Brian Thomas Jr.LSU

As we mentioned with Nabers, Thomas Jr. had the pleasure of playing alongside a great wide receiver on the other side. This year he had 68 catches, 1,177 yards, 17 touchdowns and 17.2 yards per catch.

Those numbers were better than his first two years combined. One season can change everything as Kiper has him in his top five pass catchers.

5. Keon ColemanFlorida State

Coleman played his third season of college football down south after spending two years at Michigan State. His numbers didn’t quite improve, but it certainly seemed like he was more productive with the Seminoles.

He had 50 catches, 658 yards, 11 touchdowns and 13.2 yards per catch. He finished his career with 115 catches, 1,506 yards, 19 touchdowns and 13.1 yards per catch.

6. Xavier WorthyTexas

Worthy was another guy who saved his best for last and was one of the best playmakers on the Texas offense, arguably the best. He was also putting up good numbers each year, not a one year flash.

This past season, he had 75 catches, 1,014 yards, five touchdowns and 13.5 yards per catch. In his career, Worthy had 197 catches, 2,755 yards, 26 touchdowns and 14 yards per catch.

7. AD MitchellTexas

Mitchell transferred in from Georgia this past season and boy, the Bulldogs definitely missed him in 2023. He finished with 55 catches, 845 yards, 11 touchdowns and 15.4 yards per catch.

He more than doubled his production at Texas in just one season. One NFL team is going to be thrilled to get him in this year’s draft.

8. Xavier LegetteSouth Carolina

Legette played his fifth and final season at South Carolina and boy did it pay off. Because he’s a late bloomer, he might go a bit under the radar.

But even on a team that didn’t quite meet expectations, Legette finished with 71 catches, 1,255 yards, seven touchdowns and 17.7 yards per catch. He was one of the most productive pass catchers in the country.

9. Ladd McConkeyGeorgia

McConkey may be everyone’s favorite at the Senior Bowl and the Georgia product was pretty productive this season. When he was injured, Georgia’s offense suffered.

McConkey was probably on pace for his best season but finished with 30 catches, 478 yards, two touchdowns and 15.9 yards per catch. In his career, he had 119 catches, 1,687 yards, 14 touchdowns and 14.2 yards per catch.

10. Troy FranklinOregon

Franklin had his best season in 2023 after breaking out in 2022. His three years at Oregon were well spent as he got better every year.

In 2023, Franklin had 81 catches, 1,383 yards, 14 touchdowns and 17.1 yards per catch. Overall, he had 160 catches, 2,483 yards, 25 touchdowns and 15.5 yards per catch.

Now that Kiper’s top 10 wide receivers are in, how does this list shake out? We’ll find out when the NFL Draft begins on April 25th.
