Bennett Christian is a complete tight end from Georgia and the son of former Tennessee Volunteers defensive lineman Bill Christian, who played under legendary coach Johnny Majors in the late 1970s. His grandfather, Jeff Sentell, played at Houston and his uncle Greg played for Joe Paterno at Penn State. A former lacrosse player, Christian says he grew up rooting for Tennessee because of those family roots -- his mother was also a cheerleader in Knoxville. Wears No. 87 in homage of Rob Gronkowski, who he calls his favorite player. When he's not playing football, Bennett Christian likes to fish and plays the guitar. Christian says he'd like to go into business or perhaps sports broadcasting when his playing career is over.
