4-star DL Noah Clark commits to South Carolina, Shane Beamer: ‘I can see the family environment he’s made’

Durham (N.C.) C.E. Jordan four-star defensive lineman Noah Clark received his first offer from South Carolina on Oct. 13, 2023. 42 other schools eventually offered the 6-foot-4.5, 350-pound recruit.
Since the Gamecocks offered Clark, South Carolina has been “the most consistent school” in his recruitment. That stood out to him and he is ready to spend his college football career in Columbia, as Clark has committed to the Gamecocks over NC State.
“What I like about South Carolina is the staff and the atmosphere of the community,” Clark told Rivals.
So far, Clark has visited South Carolina’s campus eight times. While the talented defender is not shutting down his recruitment yet, he is now the newest member of the Gamecocks’ 2026 recruiting class.

“Every time me and my family go there, we have a great time and fall in love with the place,” Clark said.
On the SEC program’s staff, Clark is closest with defensive line coach Travian Robertson. He also likes what he has seen from head coach Shane Beamer.
“I like coach Robertson because of his coaching style and his vision for me,” Clark said.
“I can see the family environment he’s made at South Carolina,” he added about Beamer. “It really shows how he cares for his players on and off the field.”
