5-star SF Christian Collins down to 3 schools

Christian Collins, a five-star small forward in the 2026 class, is down to three schools, he told Rivals. Moving forward, the 6-foot-8 senior out of St. John Bosco (CA) will consider Kentucky, USC, and UCLA. He has visited each of his finalists.
Collins is the No. 8 overall player in the 2026 Rivals Industry Ranking. He’s also the No. 3 ranked small forward and the No. 4 player in California.
Prior to cutting his list down, he also received offers from Tennessee, Oregon, and others.
More on Collins
Rivals’ Jamie Shaw evaluated Christian Collins at EYBL Peach Jam and had this to say about him:
Christian Collins had an up and down offensive week, but the 6-foot-8 wing showed some real defensive upside, which was intriguing. He averaged 12.0 points and 9.7 rebounds per game while shooting 39.7 percent from the field. Collins has offensive tools, but he did not look confident at all in his approach. Where he did play confidently was with his off ball defense. He was aggressive in the passing lanes, physical on the boards, and used his length and twitch to an advantage on that end. He is going to have to shore up the offensive game, figure out how does he consistently score the ball, but defensively he has taken a clear step providing intriguing as plus player on that end.
Shaw also watched Collins at the Border League and wrote this:
Collins has a lot of intriguing tools. Maybe the most impressive he showed is that he gives effort. He had some intriguing flashes on the offensive end, knocked down a couple shots and finished at the rim. High upside, needs to consolidate the tools.
