Miami moves into top 10 of latest Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Rankings

Mario Cristobal and Miami continue to build momentum on the recruiting trail with a little less than a month until National Signing Day.
After flipping four-star defensive lineman Keshawn Stancil from ACC rival Clemson and poaching four-star wideout Milan Parris from Iowa State at the end of October, they struck again on Sunday night by landing four-star safety James Dunnigan Jr. The 6-foot-2, 190-pounder was a longtime Kansas commit until last week, but opted to back off that pledge and quickly set up official visits with Colorado and Miami.
He saw the Buffaloes last weekend, but opted to go ahead and commit to Miami before his official visit this weekend.
“Miami made me feel like a priority,” he told Rivals’ Steve Wiltfong. “All the coaches showed love almost every single day. They are one of the best teams in college football and always produce great DBs. And I want to come in and make an impact.”
Dunnigan becomes the 26th commitment of the class for the ‘Canes, who jumped up one spot to No. 10 in the latest Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. And he might not be the last. Miami hosted a handful of visitors over the weekend is trending for a few, according to Wiltfong.
Among the remaining targets on their board are a pair of defensive lineman committed to other schools: three-star Penn State commit Isaac Chukwurah and three-star Pittsburgh defensive line commit Logan Nagle.
