Ole Miss Football Recruiting: Rebels have another Top-25 class this cycle

Ole Miss has hovered around the No. 20 spot in the Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Rankings for the entire Lane Kiffin era. That’s tracking once again in the 2026 cycle.
As of Sept. 5, the Rebels currently have the No. 21 class in the nation. That’s thanks to 16 commits, seven of which are blue-chippers. Ole Miss hasn’t had as much momentum on the trail as other SEC programs, but the Rebels have still closed on some top targets and are making strides heading into the fall.
Kiffin and Co. are hunting for flips after losing Rivals’ No. 1 linebacker Izayia Williams to Florida State this summer. They are trending for a few, with four-star offensive tackle Emanuel Tucker the latest to join the fold after flipping from LSU on Sept. 5.
Four Magnolia State prospects are in the class to date, including Tucker and De Kalb (Miss.) Kemper County four-star running back Damarius Yates. He’s now the nation’s No. 113 recruit and No. 10 RB. Pinson (Ala.) Clay-Chalkville four-star wide receiver Corey Barber also committed to Ole Miss in May.
There have been some big additions to the class in the last few months, too. Duncanville (Texas) four-star EDGE Landon Barnes committed on June 30. One day later, Decatur (Ill.) Mt. Zion four-star tight end JC Anderson did the same. Later on in July, the Rebels landed Murfreesboro (Tenn.) Oakland four-star safety Craig Tutt.
Below is a look at the entire 2026 Ole Miss class to date:
