USC offers Penn State 3-star OL commit Andre Roye
USC extended an offer Wednesday to Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances Academy three-star offensive tackle and Penn State commit Andre Roye.
Roye is the No. 809 overall recruit in the country, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is one of three high school recruits in the Nittany Lions recruiting class along with Downingtown (Pa.) Downingtown West four-star offensive tackle Drew Shelton and Cortlandt Manor (N.Y.) Walter Panas three-star offensive tackle Maleek McNeil.
The Nittany Lions also have a commitment from Lackawanna Community College offensive lineman JB Nelson.

The Nittany Lions have the No. 6 recruiting class in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking and the second-best class in the Big Ten behind Ohio State.
Reading (Pa.) Governor Mifflin running back Nick Singleton and Medina (Ohio) quarterback Drew Allar are the two five-star commits in the class.
Lincoln Riley is remaking the Trojans recruiting class in his own image after taking over a few weeks ago. There are only five commits in the class at the moment with only offensive lineman recruit: Napavine (Wash.) three-star offensive tackle Keith Olson.
As a result, Andre Roye would be a major pickup for USC in its recruiting class.
