Nick Vennare

I’m Nick Vennare, a linebacker who loves the game of football, competition, and being part of a team. I bring a physical, aggressive mindset to the field and take pride in playing with toughness, effort, discipline, and intelligence. I believe great linebackers are not only defined by what they do individually, but by how they communicate, make the players around them better, and put the success of the team ahead of themselves. My goal is to continue developing as a complete linebacker and earn the opportunity to play college football. I am committed to getting stronger, faster, and smarter every day while learning from my coaches and competing alongside my teammates. I enjoy the preparation, the physicality, and the challenge of football, and I understand that success at the next level requires consistent work both on and off the field. Academics are equally important to me. I currently maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA, and I take pride in being a student-athlete who is committed to excellence in the classroom as well as in athletics. I want to attend a college where I can challenge myself academically, continue to grow as a person, and compete at a high level on the football field. I also compete in basketball and will be running track this season, playing multiple sports has helped me develop athleticism, competitiveness, speed, and discipline. Outside of organized sports, I enjoy hunting, fishing, shooting trap, water sports, and riding jet skis. These activities give me opportunities to compete, challenge myself, and spend time outdoors. Most importantly, I enjoy being with my family and appreciate the support they have given me throughout my athletic and academic journey. I am looking for a college football program where I can earn my opportunities, contribute to the team, build strong relationships with my teammates and coaches, and continue developing into the best linebacker and person I can be. I am ready to work, ready to compete, and excited for the opportunity to take the next step in my football career.
