Theo Perkins

My name is Theo Perkins, and I am a dedicated multi-sport athlete who has competed in football and basketball throughout my high school career. Football has been a major part of my athletic journey. During the 2025 season, I was honored to be named an All-American and helped my high school team win a State Championship. I was also recognized as one of the top defensive players in the state of Connecticut in 2025. One of the highlights of my football career was being invited to participate in the Military Appreciation Game, an experience that allowed me to represent my sport while honoring those who serve. Basketball has also played an important role in my development as an athlete. Throughout high school, I competed in basketball and was fortunate to be part of the Windsor High School that won two State Championships last season. Playing both sports has taught me the importance of discipline, preparation, teamwork, and staying mentally and physically ready to compete. My experiences in high school have helped me grow not only as an athlete, but also as a leader and teammate. I take pride in being coachable, working hard, and pushing myself to improve every day.
