Versatile interior defender who can two-gap, knife between blockers as a one-gapper and pass rush off the edge in a pinch. Measures in at 6-foot-4, 290 pounds with a 6-foot-7 wingspan and 10-inch hands. Extremely powerful at the point of attack. Can reset the line of scrimmage at will. Tremendous burst and get off for someone of his stature. Solid change of direction and balance when working in space. Lacks ideal pad level when firing off the line but can be fixed with coaching. Needs to develop hand usage in the run game and as a pass rusher, should come with collegiate coaching. High upside prospect who has all the physical ability to become a premier interior defender at the next level. Started his high school athletics journey as a basketball player at Roman Catholic HS (PA) as a freshman, transferred to Woodbury HS (NJ) for his sophomore season to play basketball and then transferred to St. Thomas More (CT) and picked up football during the offseason. After only playing two spring football games at St. Thomas More he transferred to IMG Academy (FL) for his junior season, then played his senior season at Eastside HS (NJ) in his hometown of Camden, NJ. One of the older prospects in the 2023 recruiting cycle.
