Badger Red Zone: Week One Takeaways After Wisconsin's 17-0 Win Over Miami (OH)
The Badger Red Zone Podcast returns to break down Wisconsin following their week one victory over Miami (OH). The Badgers were able to pull away late despite an injury to quarterback Billy Edwards Jr. Sophomore Danny O’Neil stepped in and played admirably. He also got big help from his defense, which pitched a shutout and had a dominant effort.
The win didn’t come without some scrutiny. Wisconsin’s offense managed just 353 yards of total offense against a MAC opponent and got in the end zone once when playing the entire field. The Badgers also may have a major problem at left tackle going forward.
Wisconsin insider Evan Flood and former Badger safety Collin Wilder break it all down.
