MADISON, Wis. — The 2025-26 college basketball season gets underway Monday night as No. 24 Wisconsin hosts Campbell at the Kohl Center.

Monday marks the first-ever meeting between the Badgers and Camels. It’s also just the second time UW has faced an opponent from the Colonial Athletic Association (College of Charleston – 2004).

Wisconsin is coming off a 22-14 season in 2024-25. The Badgers earned a 3-seed in the NCAA Tournament after a run to the Big Ten Conference Tournament title game.

Breaking in a first-year head coach, Campbell was 15-17 last season, including 10-8 in the CAA, good enough for fifth place.

Can Wisconsin improve to 9-1 in season openers under head coach Greg Gard? Or will Campbell pull a shocker as 21-point underdogs?
