WATCH LIVE: Luke Fickell Previews Iowa
MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin head coach Luke Fickell will address the media around noon on Monday to discuss Saturday’s matchup with Iowa.
The Badgers lead the all-time series 49-47-2. However, the Hawkeyes have won three consecutive games in this rivalry. Last season, Iowa ran its way to a dominant 42-10 home victory. UW grabbed an early 3-0 lead in the first quarter, but the Hawkeyes would score the next 28. Iowa ran for a whopping 329 yards and only passed the ball 10 times.
Wisconsin has won five of the last six meetings in Madison. The Badgers will be trying to end a three-game losing streak, falling 24-10 at No. 20 Michigan in their last outing. Coming off their bye week, Iowa will be looking to bounce back after a 20-15 home loss to Indiana on Sept. 27.
As head coach of UW, Fickell is 15-16 overall. Fickell also owns just an 8-12 mark in Big Ten play, including 0-3 against Iowa.
Iowa and Wisconsin will kick off at 6 p.m. from Camp Randall Stadium. FS1 will have the call live from Madison.
