MADISON, Wis. — Following a bye week, Wisconsin (2-2, 0-1) will look to get back on track against Michigan (3-1, 1-0) on Saturday. According to Bet MGM, the Badgers will open as 16.5-point underdogs.

The Wolverines lead the all-time series 52-17-1. However, UW has split the last six meetings. In fact, the Badgers have taken five of the last eight in this series overall. The two schools are meeting for the first time since 2021. UM has the most recent victory in this matchup, rolling to a 38-17 win at Camp Randall Stadium.

Wisconsin is currently on a two-game losing skid. The Badgers have dropped back-to-back games to Alabama and Maryland by a combined 41 points. Since falling to Oklahoma in week two, Michigan has bounced back with consecutive wins, blasting Central Michigan 63-3 and holding on for a 30-27 victory at Nebraska in their Big Ten Conference opener.

A win for Wisconsin would give head coach Luke Fickell his first over a ranked opponent with the Badgers. Fickell is currently 0-7 against Associated Press Top 25 programs since taking over in Madison. A loss would give UW a 0-2 start in Big Ten play for the third time in five seasons.

Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. CT in Ann Arbor. Fox will have the call live from Michigan Stadium.
