MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin (2-0) opened as a 21-point underdog going into the week three matchup with No. 19 Alabama (1-1), according to Bet MGM.

Alabama leads the all-time series with Wisconsin 2-1. The Crimson Tide has taken each of the last two meetings, including last season’s 42-10 win in Madison. The two schools also met in 2015 in Dallas. Alabama came out with a 35-17 victory. The Badgers collected a 15-0 win all the way back in 1928.

Wisconsin has had some struggles in its first two games under head coach Luke Fickell this season. The Badgers grinded out a 17-0 victory over Miami (OH) in week one. On Saturday, UW found themselves in a 14-10 game with Middle Tennessee State before pulling away with a 42-10 victory at home.

Alabama is coming off a resounding 73-0 win over Louisiana-Monroe in week two. The Tide were able to bounce back after a disappointing 31-17 defeat at Florida State in their opener.

Saturday’s kickoff is set for 11 a.m. at Bryant-Denny Stadium. ESPN will have the call live from Tuscaloosa.
