Oregon State basketball lands pair of commits
Oregon State men’s basketball picked up a pair of key commitments last week in their 2026 recruiting class.
PF Drew Anderson
Santa Margarita Catholic (CA) power forward Drew Anderson committed to the program last Friday. He’s one of the bigger commitments of the Wayne Tinkle era. 6-foot-7, 215-pound forward is a consensus three-star prospect ranked in the Rivals industry rankings as the No. 235 player nationally, the No. 38 power forward, and the No. 28 player in the state of California. Rivals ranks him as a top-35 power forward and a top-30 player in the state.
Anderson held offers from California-Irvine, California-Riverside, California-Santa Barbara, Dartmouth, Eastern Washington, Montana, Montana State, and Weber State.
F Kahu Treacher
A 6-foot-9 forward from East Arizona Community College, Treacher committed to the Beavers as part of what we believe is their 2026 recruiting class. The Hastings, New Zealand native played in 33 games last season for East Arizona, averaging 7.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. He shot 44.4% from the field, including 36.6% from three-point range. He does struggle at the free-throw line, however, shooting 66.7%.
