Wake Forest game time moved up Saturday
Wake Forest and N.C. State will play at noon Saturday, an earlier start time because of impending wintry weather across the region.
The game was initially scheduled for 3:45 p.m.
Wake Forest was planning on a celebration of Rodney Rogers’ life on Saturday. That has been rescheduled for Wake’s last home game of the season, March 7 against California. Rogers, one of most-important players in program history, passed away in December.
The game was slated to be broadcast on The CW. The ACC’s news release about the change said that broadcast information would be forthcoming.
N.C. State beat Wake Forest 70-57 earlier this season in Raleigh. The Wolfpack has won three straight games and the Deacons have lost three straight.
