Minnesota football will be back in action on Saturday afternoon at Huntington Bank Stadium when it takes on the Northwestern State Demons in week two action. The Golden Gophers are expected to be extreme favorites in the matchup and cruise to victory, while Northwester State will look to pull off one of the most surprising upsets in recent memory.

Stadium: Huntington Bank Stadium (50,805)
Weather: It will be a cooler day in the Twin Cities on Saturday with a high of 61. There’s a low chance of rain, but it will likely be cloudy throughout the afternoon. Winds will be between 10 and 15 mph.
Odds: No odds have been released for the game and won’t be until Friday night or Saturday morning. The Massey ratings predict a 49-0 win for the Gophers.
How to watch, stream Minnesota vs Northwestern State
After being on Fox Sports 1 last week, Minnesota will be on the Big Ten Network on Saturday for the first time this season. For viewers who are on the go and not at home, they can stream the game on the Fox Sports App.
On the call will be Jason Ross Jr., doing the play-by-play; he’ll be joined by former Gophers quarterback Tanner Morgan (analyst) and Emma Carpenter (sideline reporter).
Fans can also listen to the game on KFAN 100.3 with Mike Grimm, Darrell Thompson, and Justin Gaard on the call.
