Minnesota Wrestling: How did InterMat rank the Gophers in latest update?
The latest InterMat rankings were released earlier this week as the 2025-26 collegiate wrestling season draws closer.
Across the 10 weight classes, the Golden Gophers have a representative ranked within the top 33 in each class. Notably, star 184-pounder Max McEnelly is ranked as the top wrestler at 184 and will be the preseason favorite to win an individual title at 184 pounds later this season.
Additionally, both Jore Volk in the 125-pound weight class and Vance Vombaur in the 141-pound class were ranked inside the top-10 of their class rankings as well.
