WATCH: Dana Holgorsen, John Butler + Dylan Raiola talk comeback win at Maryland, preview Minnesota

Minnesota Week is here. Nebraska football will play its second Big Ten road game this year – and second in a row – in just three days.
Year 3 of the Matt Rhule Era – the most pivotal of his tenure thus far as the Huskers’ head coach – began with a crucial season-opening win over Big 12 opponent Cincinnati in Week 1 (20-17) before back-to-back blowout wins against overmatched opponents from the MAC (68-0 over Akron) and the FCS (59-7 over Houston Christian.
Then, the Huskers took their 3-0 record into conference play, and it has jumped out to a 2-1 mark with a disappointing home loss to Michigan (30-27) preceding wins over Michigan State at home (38-27) and Maryland on the road (34-31).

The Huskers stormed back from a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit in College Park, Md., and they left with a three-point win on the back of a Dylan Raiola-to-Dane Key game-winning touchdown with a little more than a minute left.
That 3-0 start and subsequent bounce-back victories over the Spartans and Terrapins – combined with losses by several ranked teams – was enough to squeeze Nebraska into the national Top 25 rankings.
So, No. 25 Nebraska (5-1 overall, 2-1 Big Ten) will have a number to the left of its name as it heads north to face the Golden Gophers (4-2, 2-1) for a Friday night showdown (7 p.m. Central Time on FOX) in Minneapolis.
