Availability report: Justice Haynes, Ernest Hausmann out for season finale against OSU

There were hopes heading into Saturday’s rivalry matchup with Ohio State that key contributors Justice Haynes and Ernest Hausmann would be ready to play in the season finale, but those rumors were put to bed on Saturday morning when the Big Ten released the weekly availability report.

Haynes, Michigan’s star running back, and Hausmann, a defensive captain, were both listed as out on the availability report. Notably, wide receiver Semaj Morgan will also miss his second consecutive game.

Two-time captain Max Bredeson is listed as questionable after suffering a foot injury in last week’s 45-20 win over Maryland. Although Bredeson talked earlier in the week about how he loves Ann Arbor too much not to give playing a try, Jalen Hoffman could see an uptick in snaps at fullback for the Wolverines.

Jordan Marshall missed last week’s game against Maryland with a shoulder injury that he suffered late in the Northwestern contest, but the sophomore running back is good to go on Saturday when the Wolverines take on the Buckeyes.
