The SEC announced the 2026 conference schedule for each team Thursday. Here is a look at next year’s football schedule for Mizzou.

The opponents were already known.

The Tigers will open the season hosting Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Sept. 5 (possibly moved up as the season opener has been the past four years), then the Tigers will hit the road west to face Kansas.

Mizzou will then return home to host Troy for the final non-conference game of the season. It will be all SEC play the rest of the way..

It was already known the Tigers would play at Arkansas, at Georgia, at Mississippi State and at Ole Miss, while hosting Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M.

Starting next year, there will be only one bye.

The Week 2 Border War matchup will be the first time the Tigers play a true road game in the first three weeks of the season since 2022 when Mizzou went on the road to face Kansas State.

After starting the season with five home games in 2025 and not going on the road until mid October, the Tigers will have three road games in the first half of the season in 2026.

The Tigers will have only two trophy games in 2026 after playing three this year. They can retain the War Drum in Week 2 and the Battle Line Trophy in Week 9.
