Future Tigers: Mizzou QB commit heads into bye week on high note

In pursuit of a state championship in his senior season, Gavin Sidwar headed into the bye week with a near-perfect performance
The Class of 2026 three-star quarterback completed 13 of his 14 passes for 235 yards and four touchdowns. Glenside (Pa.) La Salle College improved to 4-0 with a 48-7 victory over Baltimore (Md.) Calvert Hall. While looking to rest through the next week, Sidwar might not visit Missouri as planned this Saturday, he told MizzouToday.

Maxwell Warner, RB
Although active in both the running and passing games at Chicago (Ill.) Whitney Young, Maxwell Warner primarily did his damage on the ground in 42-0 victory over Chicago (Ill.) Westinghouse on Friday. The three-star running back took 11 carries for 140 yard and three touchdowns.
Season totals: 32 carries, 346 rushing yards, 60 receiving yards, 7 total touchdowns, 1 interception (on defense)
Jabari Brady, WR
In a third consecutive game with over 100 yards, Jabari Brady turned in a season-high two touchdowns. The three-star Coconut Creek (Fla.) Monarch pass-catcher reeled in six receptions for 110 yards in a 34-10 victory over Sanford (Fla.) Seminole.
Season totals: 25 receptions, 470 yards, 4 touchdowns
Devyon Hill-Lomax, WR
While Edwardsville (Ill.) High fell to 0-3 to start the season, Devyon Hill-Lomax helped keep his Tigers alive this past Friday. The 6-foot-4, 180-pound wideout reeled in two touchdown passes from 17 and 12 yards out in 33-26 loss to Jackson (Mo.) High.
Season totals: 10 receptions, 221 yards (unofficial total), 4 touchdowns
Isaac Jensen, TE
It took three weeks, but lone Missouri tight end commit Isaac Jensen finally saw an uptick in targets. The three-star took three receptions for a season-high 48 total yards. He also tacked on his second touchdown — for 24 yards — of the season in a 72-0 victory for Omaha (Neb.) Millard South.
Season totals: 5 receptions, 83 yards, 2 touchdown
Keenan Harris, LB
In front of Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz and linebackers coach Derek Nicholson, Keenan Harris flashed as a hard-hitting running back Friday. The St. Louis (Mo.) University linebacker ran out of the backfield 15 times for 95 yards and three touchdowns. Harris also totaled six tackles, one for loss.
“He’s an ultimate competitor,” SLUH coach Adam Cruz said after the Junior Billikens 31-14 win over rival St. Louis (Mo.) De Smet, “and when he’s rolling like that, very few can stop him.”
Season totals: 20 tackles, 149 rushing yards, 65 receiving yards, 5 touchdowns
Tony Forney Jr., DB
While a special teams weapon this season, Tony Forney made more of his impact at his natural position on defense. For the Marietta (Ga.) Kell secondary in 38-7 loss to Valdosta (Ga.) Lowndes, the three-star safety logged five total tackles, four solo and one for loss.
Season totals: 12 tackles, 2 pass deflections, 2 kickoff-return touchdown
