Pitt Postgame Reaction: Heintschel, Biles Talks Notre Dame Loss
PITTSBURGH — No. 22 Pitt fell to No. 9 Notre Dame 37-15 at Acrisure Stadium Saturday afternoon in front of a sold out crowd.
Quarterback Mason Heintschel went 16-of-33 for 126 yards with zero touchdowns and an interception. He spoke following the game about the difficulties of the Notre Dame defense and what went wrong against the Fighting Irish.
Linebacker Rasheem Biles returned from injury and led the Panthers with nine tackles and two tackles for loss. He also addressed the media following the game about the Panthers’ defensive performance.
