The Big Ten Conference is holding its annual Basketball Media Days this week, with women’s basketball taking the stage first on Wednesday. Rutgers head coach Coquese Washington, guard Kaylah Ivey, and forward Imani Lester joined the Big Ten Network show to talk about the upcoming season, and some of the team’s newcomers, both on the roster and in the coaching staff.

Washington enters her fourth season as the Scarlet Knights’ head coach, while Ivey and Lester both joined the program in the transfer portal this offseason. Ivey, a point guard, came in from Boston College for her sixth and final season, while Lester, a rim-protecting forward, joined after two years at Kansas State.
