The Last Laugh?

Late in the third quarter Saturday, the big video board at Death Valley showed a fan holding up an AI-generated sign of Shane Beamer wearing a suit, tie and Santa Claus cap. "I'll be home for Christmas," the sign read. Everyone got a good laugh out of it. The last laugh, one way or the other, will come in six days. And boy is there a Grand Canyon of difference in the one way or the other.
