DeAndre Hopkins and Mike Williams were in the house Saturday night at Death Valley, and they received the loudest cheers of all the former players who were introduced to the raucous crowd. Unfortunately they didn't have any eligibility remaining. They could've helped. This might seem like a harsh take on Clemson's current receivers after the first 60 minutes of football in 2025. But the reason Clemson fans went nuts for Nuk and for Williams is because they remember what their presence looked like and felt like.
