After climbing all the way to No. 2 in the AP Poll that came out last week, the Alabama basketball team has now fallen to No. 4 after losing by 24 to Oklahoma on Saturday. This was the Crimson Tide’s first loss since the home game against Gonzaga back on Dec. 17, which means they went five weeks without dropping a game.

With that said, it was the second consecutive game they’ve struggled, as they also had to overcome a double-digit deficit to beat Mississippi State 66-63 last Wednesday. Many are viewing this past week as a potential wake-up call for Alabama. This is a young team that’s still developing its leadership, after all.

After losing by almost 25 points to a team that was barely over .500 entering the weekend, it might come as a shock that the Crimson Tide remained in the top-4. But at the same time, no one else really did anything to prove that they should be ranked ahead of Alabama.

Below, we’ve got the entire AP rankings for the latest top-25.
