Alabama Football issued its final availability report for the SEC Championship Game.

Crimson Tide running back Jam Miller and tight end Josh Cuevas have been ruled out for the rematch with Georgia. Miller suffered a lower-leg injury in last week’s win in the Iron Bowl, and Cuevas has missed the last two games with a foot injury he suffered during practice.

“I know all of those guys, a couple weeks down the road, will be definitely good to go,” said Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer. “But here, one week out from last week’s game, some of the injuries that have happened, we’re not quite sure yet. They’re coming along. They’re doing everything they can.”

Offensive lineman Kam Dewberry, Alabama’s starting left guard, and tight end Danny Lewis were removed from the availability report and can play in today’s game vs. the Bulldogs.

Eight other Alabama players were ruled out for the conference title game, including defensive linemen LT Overton and Kelby Collins, who will both miss today’s game due to illnesses.

Jah-Marien Latham (neck) and Jeremiah Beaman (knee) are out for the season. Running back Kevin Riley, offensive lineman Mal Waldrep and defensive back Kameron Howard are out.

Defensive back Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. will miss a fifth straight game due to a suspension.

The No. 9 Crimson Tide (10-2, 7-1 SEC) will face No. 3 Georgia (11-1, 7-1) in the 2025 SEC Championship Game later this afternoon in Atlanta. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. CT on ABC.

SEC Availability Report Policies

Beginning with the 2024-25 athletics season, all Southeastern Conference schools will provide public reports on the availability of student-athletes to participate in each conference game in the sports of football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball.

In football, prior to a Saturday football game, an institution must issue the Initial Report on Wednesday by 7 p.m. CT and update the Availability Report once per day on Thursday and Friday (after the conclusion of practice and before 7 p.m.). These updated reports will be referred to as the “Thursday Update” and “Friday Update.”

On game day, an institution must provide one Game Day Update no later than 90 minutes before game time. On the Game Day Update, the only permissible designation statuses are:

• Available – Will dress for the game and be available to play

• Game Time Decision – Coaches and/or medical personnel need to evaluate the athlete in pre-game warmups before deciding whether he can participate in the game

• Out – Not dressing or available for the game
