BOL Video: 2026 WR Brian Williams commits to Alabama
Welcome back to the BamaOnLine Recruiting Show. Publisher Tim Watts and senior recruiting editor Andrew Bone are here to break down Alabama’s newest commitment in the 2026 class and third in as many days: wide receiver Brian Williams.
Williams is a 6-foot-4 wide receiver from Lake Mary High School in Altamonte Springs, Florida. He’s currently rated as a 3-star prospect in the 2026 class according to the On3 Industry Rankings, coming in as a top-100 player in the state of Florida.

Williams was offered by the Crimson Tide back in April, and he was pursued hard by the Crimson Tide staff from that point on. He took an official visit to Tuscaloosa on June 6, one of three OVs he took during his recruiting process. His other visits were to Penn State and Florida, and he canceled his subsequent visit plans after visiting Alabama.
Williams becomes Alabama’s sixteenth commitment in the 2026 class and the second wide receiver, joining 3-star Owen Cabell. Other commitments include 5-star cornerback Jorden Edmonds, 5-star running back Ezavier Crowell, 5-star linebacker Xavier Griffin, 4-star quarterback Jett Thomalla, 4-star cornerback Zyan Gibson, 4-star tight end Mack Sutter, 4-star edge rusher Jamarion Matthews, 4-star defensive lineman Kamhariyan Johnson, 4-star offensive linemen Chris Booker and Sam Utu, 4-star running back Javari Barnett, 3-star defensive lineman JJ Finch, 3-star safety Rihyael Kelley, and 3-star linebacker Zay Hall.
