Alabama Football issued its second availability report of the week on Thursday evening.

Twelve Crimson Tide players were featured on the second report for the SEC Championship Game. The only addition was defensive lineman Kelby Collins, who head coach Kalen DeBoer said, like senior LT Overton, will miss Round 2 versus Georgia because of an illness.

“Just trying to get through these next couple days here and kind of see,” DeBoer said. “Obviously, Kelby’s just popped up here, too, and LT’s yesterday. So just trying to get through this weekend and kind of see where that’s at. We’ll understand more details when that time comes.”

Running back Jam Miller, tight ends Josh Cuevas and Danny Lewis and offensive guard Kam Dewberry remain questionable. DeBoer gave the latest on the three starters on Thursday.

“Jam, still questionable. We’ll see here in the next couple of days,” DeBoer said. “Kam Dewberry’s coming along here as the week progresses. Josh Cuevas, same as Jam. We’ll kind of see here at the end of the week.

“I know all of those guys a couple weeks down the road will be definitely good to go. But here, one week out from last week’s game, some of the injuries that have happened, we’re not quite sure yet. They’re coming along, they’re doing everything they can.”

Jah-Marien Latham (neck) and Jeremiah Beaman (knee) are out for the season. Running back Kevin Riley, offensive lineman Mal Waldrep and defensive back Kameron Howard are out.

Defensive back Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. will miss a fifth straight game due to a suspension.

The No. 9 Crimson Tide (10-2, 7-1 SEC) will face No. 3 Georgia (11-1, 7-1) in the 2025 SEC Championship Game on Saturday, Dec. 6, in Atlanta. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. CT on ABC.

SEC Availability Report Policies

Beginning with the 2024-25 athletics season, all Southeastern Conference schools will provide public reports on the availability of student-athletes to participate in each conference game in the sports of football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball.

Prior to a Saturday football game, an institution must issue the Initial Report on Wednesday by 7 p.m. CT and update the Availability Report once per day on Thursday and Friday (after the conclusion of practice and before 7 p.m.). On game day, an institution must provide one Game Day Update no later than 90 minutes before game time.

Designated Participation Statuses

If an institution has knowledge that a student-athlete may not be able to participate in the upcoming game for any reason (including, but not limited to, injury, illness, suspension, ineligibility, or personal matter), the institution must accurately designate the student-athlete’s participation status on the Initial Report as follows:

– Out – Will not play / 0% chance to play

– Doubtful – Unlikely to play / 25% chance to play

– Questionable – Uncertain to play / 50% chance to play

– Probable – Probable to play / 75% chance to play
