Clemson will have a chance to clinch the ACC Atlantic when it hosts Louisville on Saturday, Nov. 12.

The kickoff time and TV details for that matchup were released on Monday.

Clemson will host the Cardinals at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 12. The game will be televised by ESPN.

This game has suddenly gotten more interesting for the Tigers as Louisville is playing much better now than it was at the start of the season.

The Cardinals have won three consecutive games and four of their past five after blasting No. 10 Wake Forest 48-21 on Saturday.

Louisville leads the nation in sacks and forced the Demon Deacons into eight turnovers this past weekend.

On the other side, Clemson played arguably its worst game of the season the last time it took the field as the Tigers had to rally from an 11-point deficit to beat Syracuse on Oct. 22.

Quarterback DJ Uiagalelei was benched in that game in the second half as Dabo Swinney turned to freshman Cade Klubnik to lead the offense. However, Uiagalelei will remain Clemson’s starting QB moving forward.

The Tigers had a bye this past weekend, which gave them some extra time to try to clean up the mistakes from the Syracuse game.

Prior to hosting Louisville, Clemson will play at Notre Dame this Saturday.

Louisville hosts James Madison this weekend, before traveling to face the Tigers.

Saturday’s game could be a tough one for Louisville as James Madison is having a solid season and is 5-2.

Clemson is 7-0 all time against Louisville, including a 30-24 win over the Cardinals on the road last season.

Several of the games have been close, though. Four of the seven games have been decided by one score.
