Billy Napier’s first signing class with the Florida Gators is starting to trickle in. Just last weekend the Gators welcomed three more signees to campus in Gainesville.

These players join the three early enrollees — Kamari Wilson, Devin Moore, and Chris McClellan. Those three had the added benefit of getting in the program for spring camp. They’ve been through the workout program and adjusted to class schedules. Now, the rest of the 2022 signing class will begin that process. The Gators also added two players early for “Summer A” sessions in Gainesville.

“We have goals and objectives for all the development parts of our program: strength and conditioning, performance, sports science, nutrition, the athletic training room, academics, and our new Gator Bait program that we will launch here pretty soon,” Billy Napier said on Signing Day back in February. “Vision without an action is a dream so it’s important here that we translate this vision we have here for University of Florida football into simple everyday actions.

“Our goal here is to equip the players. We’re trying to create habits that will help them in all parts of their lives as people, as students, as football players. I think that the way you change your future and you create a better future for yourself is by doing the simple things that we’re talking about.”

Here are the newest Gators on campus in Gainesville.
