GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The NFL Draft is less than two months away, which means you’ll be inundated with mock drafts for the next 56 days. Last week, ESPN’s Mel Kiper released his Mock Draft 1.0, with Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson landing in the top 10.

A new two-round mock draft released by The Athletic has three Gators going in the first two rounds. Richardson and O’Cyrus Torrence were first-rounders with Gervon Dexter sliding into the second round.

Richardson is will be one of the most talked about players in the draft. His physical abilities are undeniable and will be on display at the NFL Draft Combine. Torrence was a consensus All-American in 2023. The Louisiana transfer validated his ability last season moving from the Sun Belt to the SEC while continuing to dominate.

Torrence played in 355 pass-blocking snaps in 2022 and allowed zero sacks. He played in 698 total snaps and committed zero penalties. Torrence went his entire career (1,501 pass-blocking snaps) and never allowed a sack. He committed just 12 penalties in 3,065 career snaps.

Torrence is the highest-graded guard in the country according to Pro Football Focus with an 88.2 grade.

Anthony Richardson – 19th – Tampa Bay

“Let’s party. The Buccaneers could have questions to answer at quarterback. (Perhaps you’ve heard of Tom Brady”

Whether Brady plays another year or not, Tampa Bay has to set its future in motion at some point. Anthony Richardson might not be ready for the whole show next season, so this would make the most sense if the Bucs paired him with a bridge quarterback. Ideally, that veteran could help the most traits-heavy QB prospect in this draft grow into what he could become.” – Nick Baumgardner

O’Cyrus Torrence – 25th – New York Giants

“Receiver remains a bigger need for the Giants, and it’s not impossible that they walk out of pick 25 with Addison or Johnston. If both of those receivers are gone (as they are here), Torrence would be the best pure guard on the board. He had an outstanding year blocking in front of Richardson at Florida, and he’d be ready to roll for a team that doesn’t need to wait around anymore.” – Nick Baumgardner

Gervon Dexter – 44th – Atlanta Falcons

Dexter arrived at Florida a young player still learning the game. A basketball star in high school, Dexter was a sponge with two great defensive line coaches in David Turner and Sean Spencer. He turned himself into one of the best defensive linemen on the Gators’ roster and in the SEC. Standing at 6-6 and more than 300 pounds, Dexter possesses scheme and position versatility that will garner attention from NFL defensive coordinators.
