FSU's Robinson, Petitbon named first-team All-ACC; Six other Seminoles earn recognition
Florida State wide receiver Duce Robinson and center Luke Petitbon were both named to the All-ACC first team on Tuesday.
Robinson earned the most votes among all players in the voting conducted by various media members throughout the conference’s footprint. The Arizona native, who transferred to Florida State after spending his first two years at USC, caught 56 passes on the season for 1,081 yards and six touchdowns. The 1,081 yards were the ninth most in a season in program history.
Robinson, a junior, still has one year of eligibility and will have to decide whether he wants to return to Florida State for another season.
Petitbon is out of eligibility, but the Wake Forest transfer shined in his one year in Tallahassee, becoming the first Florida State center to earn first-team All-ACC honors since Bryan Stork in 2013.
Petitbon did not allow a sack in 2025 and was Florida State’s highest-graded lineman with a “job grade of 90 percent,” according to a release from Florida State sports information. He helped anchor an offense that finished ninth in the country in total offense at 472.1 yards per game.

Earl Little Jr. was named to the All-ACC second team after a breakout year in the Seminoles’ secondary. The Alabama transfer had played very little in his college career coming into 2025, but finished the season with a team-high 76 tackles and four interceptions. His interception total was fourth-best in the ACC and top 20 in the country.
Like Robinson, Little has eligibility remaining as well.
Five other Seminoles were also honored by the conference as honorable-mention recipients: Defensive lineman Darrell Jackson, defensive lineman Mandrell Desir, offensive lineman Richie Leonard, tight end Randy Pittman and cornerback Jerry Wilson.
Jackson earned the recognition for the second straight season.
Desir finished with 30 tackles and a team-high 6.5 sacks and 7.5 tackles for loss. He is one of the leading candidates for the ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year Award, which will be announced later in the week.
