Georgia OL Flips To FSU! Seminoles sign former USF commit Sean Poret

The Florida State Seminoles have lost their share of Signing Day flips in recent years, but Mike Norvell and company are pulling off some of their own for the Class of 2025.
FSU snared an important flip on Wednesday morning when Atlanta offensive lineman Sean Poret announced he was signing with the Seminoles.
While the Seminoles had been recruiting Poret since this summer when he attended a camp at Florida State, things started to heat up again in recent weeks, and he attended FSU’s final home game last weekend for an official visit.
The 6-foot-4, 270-pounder sounded impressed when he left Florida State following that multi-day visit — especially by the fact that the Seminoles’ spirits were high after a difficult 2024 season.

“Just that they don’t have the ‘off’ feel,” Poret said. “They’re still trying to work to bounce back next year. That was really interesting to see. Like the spirits are not down … it still feels good in there.”
Earlier on Wednesday, Florida State flipped DB Shamar Arnoux from his commitment to Auburn.
