'I want to feel us play' ... Seminoles bring greater intensity, emotions to practice fields

In a week when Florida State's coaches and players have had a long list of tangible items to correct and improve upon, a key focus Friday was one area that can't be quantified by statistics or measured in yards or points. Speaking to reporters after practice, FSU head coach Mike Norvell acknowledged that he didn't see enough emotion out of his team in last Saturday's season-opening loss to Georgia Tech. There were moments of high passion and the energy that comes with it. But those moments were few and far between, and Norvell admitted he was "surprised" that it wasn't on display throughout the entire contest.
