Warchant TV: FSU Pitt week post practice interviews, Wednesday
No. 25 FSU (3-2, 0-2) continued game week prep for its noon tilt vs. Pitt (3-2, 1-1) on Wednesday morning.
Afterwards, FSU head coach Mike Norvell expressed energy remains high across the team despite the two game skid.
“I have a lot of confidence in this group and how they’re going to play,” said Norvell. “We have a very competitive game ahead of us here on Saturday.”

Saturday’s loss to Miami marked the 7th consecutive ACC loss for Florida State.
FSU knocked off 10th ranked Alabama 31-17 in week one and will not play another non-conference game until its regular season finale at Gainesville vs. the Florida Gators.
FSU will continue its ACC slate on Saturday, October 11th in Tallahassee against the Pittsburgh Panthers. The Panthers made a change at QB on Saturday turning to freshman Mason Heintschel who led the way in a 48-7 win over Boston College.
The teams last met in 2023 at Acrisure Stadium when FSU held off the Panthers for a 24-7 win en route to an ACC Championship.
