Warchant TV: Mike Norvell post practice interview, FSU run game performance
Florida State returned to action with a 25 period practice on Tuesday morning as the No. 5 Seminoles ready for ACC opponent Virginia Tech.
Following practice, head coach Mike Norvell discussed the sharp play and urgency displayed in the practice performance of Jordan Travis and the progress of the running attack.

No. 5 FSU (4-0, 2-0) hosts Virginia Tech (2-3, 1-0) at 3:30 p.m. as part of a three-game home stand on Saturday. The Hokies won their ACC opener last week vs. Pittsburgh sparked by the play of back-up QB Kyron Drones. The Seminoles and Hokies are two of five teams tied atop the ACC standings.
QB Jordan Travis has the 5th shortest odds of winning the Heisman Trophy given annually to the most outstanding player in college football. Through four games, Travis has accounted for 12 total touchdowns (two rushing) and only one interception while completing 61% of his passes for 1,028 yards (66th in the country). His 86.5 QBR, a formula generated for ESPN to grade quarterbacks, is 10th best in the nation.
